We leveraged the Business Model Canvas as well as some standard Business Analysis Tools (Five Forces, SWOT, Confrontation Matrix) to develop three new strategies for our client focused on creating new growth in their business. Ultimately we supported the implementation of two of those strategies which resulted in significant revenue growth during off-peak periods, stronger relationships with their franchise agents, and much stronger loyalty from their customer base.
