I had the pleasure of working with Tim and was continually inspired by his leadership abilities, especially in difficult situations. He inspires everyone around him to do their best work and does so by example. In my experience, I have found it rare for someone to be able to excel at technically-oriented tasks and be a strong leader at the same time, which Tim does easily.
