Tim has developed leaders throughout his career by challenging people to achieve their best in their career and their life by applying a constant focus on reflection, learning, and stepping outside their comfort zone. He has a unique ability to connect to individuals through his humble learning approach and is constantly expanding his experiences through his ongoing coaching and mentoring relationships.
Tim was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in the Niagara Region in 2005, has served as a leader supporting municipal and regional governments, and has been recognized repeatedly by customers, employees, and suppliers for his leadership in strategy, team development, change management, and innovation.

Having spent over a decade in operational efficiency & effectiveness, change and strategy, Stewart is now focused on helping clients better engage with their customers, employees and partners. Over the past 5 years, he has developed experiences in marketing and branding which, along with operational strengths, positions him well to support in clients in both designing key strategic communications & messages as well as enact the operational changes needed to deliver upon promises of authentic engagement. Ultimately, Stewart helps his clients create great customer & employee experiences and then tell the stories around them. He challenges the status quo, and provides the support, leadership and tools to his clients for them to do so as well.
